City of Ottawa’s Community Arts + Social Engagement and OMIC partner up to deliver programming for musicians

CASE_color_full nameThe City of Ottawa’s Community Arts + Social Engagement (CASE) and the Ottawa Music Industry Coalition announce a partnership to deliver music- and musician-focused programming designed for the local music industry.

OMIC and CASE will work together to research, develop, coordinate, and market a series of music programs for local artists and entrepreneurs.

OMIC coordinators will work together with CASE staff to produce their ongoing music programs such as the Do-It-Yourself Audio Tech Workshop for Women+, and CASE will work with OMIC staff to produce programs such as Music Monday and the Live Production Residency.

The two entities are co-presenting the next Music Monday event on January 16, 2017 from 7:00 to 9:00 pm at Impact HUB Ottawa to discuss their upcoming music programs, featuring a performance by #ottmusik artist Jah’kota. Visit the Facebook event to learn more.
