City Sounds Live is a travelling music festival, presented in partnership with BIAs and co-curators, in various neighbourhoods around the city of Ottawa. Created in 2021 thanks to funding from the City of Ottawa’s Economic Development Department, City Sounds Live promotes diverse local emerging artists and encourages economic growth. The concerts aim to provide residents and visitors of Ottawa with free, family-friendly, and inclusive outdoor live music experiences that foster community involvement, social cohesion, and increased spending in the surrounding areas.

Prehistoric
Prehistoric is a lyricist who has excelled on the Ottawa scene with both music and battle rap for many years. He just released a new single "Last Call" featuring Aspects thats available everywhere. He is currently scheduled to release his next single "One More" in July. Rumour has it there is tons of the music coming in 2024.
Remenkimi
Remenkimi is an independent up & coming Egyptian-Canadian artist based in Ottawa, Canada. After graduating medical school, Remenkimi took a leap of faith and decided to embark on her musical journey, releasing multi-genre, multi-lingual music which always highlights her Egyptian roots - creating her own unique signature Urban sound. Remenkimi has amassed multiple nominations at the Ottawa Awards, performed at the Canadian Elite Basketball League Championship Final and also performed at multiple major festivals in Toronto, Ottawa & Cairo.
Taapz
Malawian born artist Taapz is a preforming singer/ songwriter based in Ottawa Canada. Taapz blends her culture and unique experiences to tell authentic stories through her music.
DJ Kid Koncussion
DJ Kid Koncussion plays regularly at Warehouse in the Byward Market and is preparing for the 2024 Cranium Festival, as well as the Agnes Etherington Art Centre Demo-lution Party at the Queens University Campus.
