Live from the Booth: Orchidae

Description

A collaboration between the Sparks Street BIA and the Ottawa Music Industry Coalition (OMIC) is bringing local music to The Booth on Sparks St all summer long! The concert series featuring electronic artists and DJs, Live from the Booth, will take place every Saturday from 6pm-8pm. Music lovers from the Ottawa region are invited to come start their Saturday evenings with good tunes on Sparks Street. The project will be run by Ottawa’s own Fabien Pleur, local music producer, vocalist, DJ, event coordinator, multimedia artist, and arts administrator.

Yolande Laroche is a Canadian Taiwanese artist based in Gatineau. She is releasing her debut solo album "True Beginning" in Spring 2025 and exploring other realms of her musical interests, performing a brand new DJ set with soaring vocalizations and textural melodies, pairing her pop sensibilities with trance inducing beats.
