Please provide as much information as possible as it will help the jurors make better decisions about which projects to fund.  

Applications must be received on or before 23/09/2019 in order to be eligible.

Public performances include but are not limited to : festivals, club shows, house concerts, etc. Releases include singles, EPs, and albums. If you do not meet this requirement due to exceptional circumstances (an accident, emergency or other life event) but are an active artist, please email or call (613)518-2424 to determine eligibility.
At least three (3) collective members must be active musical artists, music organizations or other music entities (businesses, entrepreneurs) etc.
I confirm on behalf of the collective that we operate on a non-profit basis (making money is not the goal for what we do).
Please provide a brief description of your project in 100 words or less. If you application is successful, this description will be used to help promote your project on our website and in our reports on the project.
In 50 words or less, please tell us the main goal you’re hoping to achieve with this project.
