Collaboration Grants

This is the form to use if you’re applying for either the Diversity + Inclusion in Music Collaboration Grant or the Music Media Collaboration Grant ($5,000 each). These grants address the need for increased collaboration across the local music community as identified by community members during the Ottawa Music Strategy consultation process. 

In order to be eligible for these grants, the proposed project must involve a partnership between at least two music entities (artists, organizations, collectives, businesses, entrepreneurs). The lead applicant must be an eligible artist, non-profit organization or collective.

You must complete all questions with a (*) for your application to be complete. 

Please provide as much information as possible as it will help the jurors make better decisions about which projects to fund.  

Applications must be received on or before 23/09/2019 in order to be eligible. Project start and end dates must be between 01/08/2019 and 31/12/2019. 

An artist, organization or collective may submit or be listed as a partner on more than one application.

Public performances include but are not limited to : festivals, club shows, house concerts, etc. Releases include singles, EPs, and albums.
