Rebecca Dickson, Founder of B-Side Agency

Rebecca Dickson is a multi-faceted Canadian music industry executive who has always had a strong ear for songwriting and production, primarily in R&B, and a vigorous ability to forecast and develop potential. She currently manages local singer/songwriter, Lonely Boy, recently launched her agency, B-Side where she offers consultation, development, project management and much more.

Rachel Sendi-Mukasa, Owner & Creative Director of CD By Sendi

Rachel Evelyn Sendi-Mukasa is an Ottawa native born and raised in the east-end of the city. Growing up Rachel had a strong interest for the fashion industry, where she then began modelling at 15 years of age. Taking the modelling world by storm is what peaked Rachel's interest to further her fashion career by attending Lasalle College in 2009 in Montreal, Quebec. After studying Fashion Marketing for three years and testing out her entrepreneurial skills, she then began working in Montreal where she expanded her skillset through working in retail, marketing, e-commerce wholesale, copyrighting, and communications. After ten years of networking and industry studying, Rachel moved back to Ottawa in October 2018 where she began studying the Ottawa fashion scene, and after careful consideration and taking the time to build new networks Rachel then launched her creative agency, CD By Sendi, in January 2021.

GAB founder and principal, Ginger A. Bertrand is an award-winning publicist with over 15 years of experience in Canadian media. Originally hailing from Ottawa, Ontario, Ginger grew her PRoots in Toronto, working with Walt Disney Studios, Disney Junior, Disney XD, Rogers TV, Family Channel, Lifetime, Food Network Canada and other nationally and internationally recognized brands.
