The Shenkman Arts Centre, RogersTV, Meridian Theatres at Centrepointe, and the Ottawa Music Industry Coalition (OMIC) are excited to announce Encore Ottawa season 4!
Filmed from October 2nd-6th, 2023, these concerts took place at the Shenkman Arts Centre's Richcraft Theatre, with performances and interviews recorded live.
Created in partnership with the City of Ottawa Economic Development Department, The Shenkman Arts Centre, Rogers TV, Steve’s Music Store Ottawa, CKCU 93.1 FM, UNIK FM and Algonquin College Journalism, Encore Ottawa 4 features nine electrifying acts representing a spectrum of genres–highlighting active members of the Ottawa Music Industry Coalition and Ottawa’s distinct talent and sound.

From contemplative chamber movements to blazing hard rock, Encore Ottawa 4 was recorded off-the-floor live at The Shenkman Arts Centre’s Richcraft Theatre. Hosted in collaboration with Steve’s Music Store Ottawa, CKCU 93.1 FM, UNIK FM and Algonquin College Journalism, Encore Ottawa 4 champions both long standing, and future, ambassadors of Ottawa’s vibrant music scene. Guest hosts and interviewers of Encore Season 4 include Dan Sauvé - Steve’s Music Store Ottawa General Manager, Anne-Marie Brügger - CKCU 93.1 FM Interim Executive Director, Marc-Antoine Joly and Nicholas Monette of UNIK FM’s program De quoi tu parles de ? and Algonquin College Journalism students Naomi Twagirumukiza, Itunu Olayiwola, Stephen Priel and Kerry Slack.
