BMDA Cinq à Sept

The Ottawa Music Industry Coalition (OMIC) is partnering with the ByWard Market District Authority (BMDA) to program free live music for the launch of their summer concert series in Ottawa’s ByWard Market District. Taking place  every Thursday from 5 PM - 7 PM in the George St Plaza from June 6th through to Oct 10th, these performances will showcase incredible talent in the city. These shows provide paid opportunities to emerging and established artists from and touring through the National Capital Region. The 19-week-long series will be coordinated by OMIC and hosted by Ottawa recording artist Tara Shannon, as well as other special guests.

CINQ À SEPT: A ByWard Concert Series

La Coalition de l'industrie musicale d'Ottawa (CIMO) annonce une collaboration avec l’ Autorité du district du Marché By (ADMB) pour lancer la programmation des concerts en plein air gratuits au Marché By cet été. Ayant lieu tous les jeudis de 17h00 à 19h00 au Plaza de la rue George du 6 juin au 10 octobre, ces performances mettent en valeur l'immense talent musical d'Ottawa. Entre autre, ces spectacles offrent des opportunités rémunérées aux artistes émergents et établis de la région de la capitale nationale ainsi qu'aux artistes en tournée dans la région. La série de 19 semaines sera coordonnée par la CIMO et animée par l'artiste d'Ottawa, Tara Shannon, ainsi que d'autres invités spéciaux.
